Look at the picture, who is the leader?

The person way out in front? The person at the end? Someone in the middle? We don’t know. Just because someone is out in front doesn’t mean he/she is leading. I’ve been in groups of people when the person out in front, didn’t know where they were going (we never made it to our destination, we ended up settling for plan B).

The person at the end of the group may be the leader. This leader may be helping a new leader along the way as he/she begins their journey as a leader.  A leader sees the BEST in potential leaders. “Who wouldn’t be more secure and motivated when his/her leader Believes in them, Encourages them, Shares with them and Trust them?” – John Maxwell
